Customer Support

We're here to help you build the perfect Lexus. Explore our guides or reach out to our team of enthusiasts for personalized assistance.

Understanding Vehicle Fitment

Getting the right part for your specific Lexus is critical. Small changes in trim levels, production years, and drivetrains (RWD vs AWD) can completely change which parts fit your car.

Guaranteed Fit

If you use our Vehicle Selector tool and a product displays the green "Fits Your Vehicle" badge, we guarantee it will bolt up. If it doesn't, we'll cover the return shipping and refund you completely.

Modifications Required

Some aftermarket aerodynamic parts (like widebody kits or aggressive diffusers) may require drilling, trimming, or professional bodywork to fit perfectly, even if marked as compatible.

OEM vs Aftermarket

TypeDefinitionFitment Quality
OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer)Parts made directly by Toyota/Lexus or their direct suppliers.Perfect 10/10 fitment. Installs exactly like the factory part it replaces.
AftermarketParts produced by third-party companies (e.g., GReddy, TOM'S, Seibon) to enhance performance or aesthetics.Varies from 8/10 to 10/10. May require minor adjustments during installation.

A Note on F-Sport vs True "F" Models

It is extremely important to distinguish between an F-Sport trim (e.g., IS 350 F-Sport) and a true F model (e.g., IS F). Body panels, bumpers, exhaust systems, and suspension components are almost never interchangeable between the two. Always ensure you have selected the exact correct trim in the Vehicle Filter.
