Shipping Policy
We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Most in-stock items ship within 1-2 business days from our warehouse.
Standard Shipping
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $500 (excluding oversized/freight items).
- Flat rate $15 standard shipping for orders under 10 lbs.
- Flat rate $35 standard shipping for orders over 10 lbs.
- Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Oversized & Freight Shipping
Large items such as bumpers, hoods, full exhaust systems, and body kits require specialized freight shipping due to their size and fragility.
- Freight shipments incur a base fee plus a dimensional weight surcharge.
- A signature is strictly required upon delivery for all freight shipments.
- Please inspect the package for damage before signing the delivery receipt.
- Orders containing 4 or more oversized items will trigger a custom bulk freight quote. Our team will contact you to arrange delivery details and finalize shipping costs.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on most uninstalled, unmodified items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
- Parts must be in brand new, resalable condition.
- Installed, painted, or modified parts cannot be returned.
- Original packaging must be intact.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at support@lexusgenuine.com with your order number and the reason for return. Do not send items back without an authorized RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
